Trent Cotney Speaks at TCRCA Meeting

Florida Bar Board Certified Construction Lawyer, Trent Cotney of Cotney Construction Law presented a course on how to handle OSHA inspections at the Tri-County Roofing Contractors Association meeting on June 23, 2015. Participants earned a one-hour continuing education credit.

With offices in Tampa, Jacksonville, and Orlando, Cotney Construction Law serves the construction industry in construction litigation, OSHA defense, contract review and drafting, licensing defense and bid protests.

Florida Board Certified Construction Lawyer, Trent Cotney of Cotney Construction Law, spoke at the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Contractor’s Association meeting held on June 11, 2015. Mr. Cotney’s presentation included an overview and assessment of recent legislative changes which impact on refrigeration and HVAC contractors throughout Florida. The presentation provided information on changes to Florida’s statutory construction defect notice requirements and other proposed bills regarding licensing requirements for HVAC contractors.
