Hilary Morgan

Hilary Morgan represents clients in all aspects of construction law including lien law, surety bond law, litigation, arbitration, construction defect, contract review and drafting, licensing, bid protests, and OSHA defense. Hilary grew up in Stuart, Florida where her father worked as a contractor and landscape architect. For over 100 years, her family operated a ladder manufacturing company, Flint Ladders. Her family ties to the construction industry continue as her sister is a civil engineer and her father-in-law operates a contracting company. Prior to joining Trent Cotney, P.A., Hilary practiced law as a construction litigation associate and now continues to build upon her familiarity with the Florida construction industry.
