Karen brings to our firm over 20 years of Office and Administration/Human Resources experience and is recognized through a longstanding career not only in law, but at a Big 8 Accounting firm. Her contribution as a liaison between clients, senior management and staff lends a great deal of experience in ensuring that client service is our firm’s leading #1 goal, while ensuring that communications and client service are addressed in a timely manner.
Karen’s background in identifying and discerning key qualities in potential candidates is key in the growth of our firm, while assisting and coordinating the resources necessary to fulfill the needs of our clients.
Karen was a key player in a massive construction project, while working closely with architects, contractors, interior designers and roofers in the demolition of a free-standing building and the rebuild of a two-story law firm. This project included involvement and input on initial architect plans, implementing ideas for space planning, and overseeing facilities management in coordinating electrical wiring for proper placement of computers and other equipment, while ensuring a smooth transition both during and after construction. This experience lends much to understanding the needs of our clients.
