January Allen is an AV rated attorney, licensed in Colorado and Wyoming, who excels in achieving favorable outcomes for clients in a timely and professional matter. January is also a licensed patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. She has a wealth of transactional and litigation experience and can assist clients on matters such as construction defect, contracts, trade secret/non-compete, insurance, product liability, and cyber liability. Kate Strauss specializes in construction law, including contract negotiation and litigation. Kate is a member of the American Subcontractors Association of Colorado, for which she co-chairs the Women in Construction committee. She also is active in the Colorado and American Bar Associations and serves on the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee. Kate has been selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer in 2019 and 2020.
