Attorney Jade A. Craig of Cotney Construction Law was recently named Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) for the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. Craig will start this position in January 2018 and will commit to monthly Executive Board meetings, and overseeing and planning YLD events.
Additionally, Craig is the Law School Liaison for the Stetson Law Chapter of the Federal Bar Association. In this role, Craig will participate in chapter meetings and connect the chapter with opportunities in the Tampa Bay Chapter of FBA.

Craig specializes in labor and employment matters including drafting contracts, agreements, and employee handbooks, advising employers on best practices and policies, drafting and enforcing non-compete agreements, whistleblower actions, OSHA investigations and proceedings, worker’s compensation, and claims under federal and state civil rights law for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
